Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Creationmotivation with the following social media handles: Facebook handle is @createyourmotivation Twitter handle is @createmotivates Youtube handle is @CreationMotivation Instagram handle is @createmymotivation TikTok handle is @creationmnotivationsite. The prize refers to the following: Social media contest Guests- $6 egift code redeemable for gift points or bonus days for each social media winner (5 winners total). Winners selected must have added their social media display/username posting from and hashtag/@name included. Social media contest Member- If entrant is a member, they already have membership days, so the prize is an egift code redeemable for 6 gift points if #hashtag/@name, and their display/username posting from is included. *bonus prize: The prize is increased to an egift code redeemable for 8 gift points if the user is logged in and all of the above and a referral link is included in their post. No purchase necessary. The minimum "Prize" is drawn for each social media platform. A total of 5 minimum winners will be selected. If selected, winners that are also site members and not guests, will earn the above shown bonuses if all requirements are included. (hashtag, and display/user/@name). The logged in user will win an increase prize of 8 gift points if their referral link is included. The "Prize" can be increased by contest term but will always be the above minimum. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Each contest ranges from 2-3 weeks long. Each contest has its own theme, start date, and end date. All entries must be received by 12 midnight on the final end date listed on our contest page here. One (1) winner per each social media property that enters and shares will be selected in the United States of America (5 total winners per themed contest. The five (5) total winners will be selected at random by The Promoter the following calendar day of the current themed contest end date (see the contest page for the end date). Example: If the end date is on April 10th, the winners will be selected randomly on April 11th before midnight. The winners will be notified on or after this date via email they entered. The Promotors competitions with entry via the above social media handles are open only to residents of The United States of America. One (1) minimum winner per social media platform will be chosen at random from all entrants using a random winner selector. Currently Five (5) minimum winners in total. No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter. Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, and Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition. Only one entry per person per social media platform will be accepted for each contest period. Each entrant shall enter the competition via the social media platform of choice from the following: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, or Youtube. They may also choose to submit an entry to all platforms. They may enter the competition by tagging the selected social media and inserting its hashtag in a shared post that follows the current contest periods prompt. The entrant must then submit their entry to receive an entry number on our contest page. The entrant must insert a copy of the link to their shared post for each social media platform. The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winners entry ID who have entered via a random winner generator. Each entry submitted will be assigned an Entry ID number that will be sent to the entrants email entered with the entry. If selected, the prize will be sent to this same email. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The entrant is responsible for correctly inputting their email to receive their prize. Entrants selected to win will first be reviewed. Entrants selected to win will first be reviewed. If the hashtag, @name, name/username who posted, and/or post is broken, missing, deleted, or did not follow the contest periods prompt (missing text, image, etc)-they will be disqualified. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition, or any Prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The name and email address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize. In the event of a physical prize, address and phone number will also be requested. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s name and social media usernames may be posted on the promoters website announcement page as well as the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winners have been selected. Only full post links will be accepted found in the address bar. Users must confirm the name they are posting from for identity purposes as well. Note: If no entries are received for the current period and social media category, contest will reset with no winner and restart for the following contest period. The promoter reserves the right to pause or discontinue future contest drawings if necessary without disclosure.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Creationmotivation The "Prize" refers to an ecredit redeemable for 7 gift points! (Minimum prize. Prize can be increased by The promoter at any time but will always be this minimum) By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This contest is hosted every calendar month. Each contest ends on the last Thursday of each month and resets 1 calendar day later. One (1) winner with the highest number of blog votes will be selected and one (1) winner with the top-voted comment will be selected. Winners must be in the United States of America. If there is a tie between multiple users, their usernames will be entered in a random giveaway using the random generator to determine the winner. The winner(s) will be selected by The Promoter on the last Thursday of each monthly calendar period. The winners will be notified on or after this date via account email. The promoter reserves the right to pause or discontinue future contest drawings if necessary without disclosure. The Promotors competitions selected winners are open only to residents of The United States of America. Winner, or winners in case of a tie, must be registered users of Creationmotivation.com to receive their prize. The ecode prize will be sent to their account email on or within a few days of the current contest end date. No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
