Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Creationmotivation with the following social media handles: Facebook handle is @creationmotivationsite Youtube handle is @CreationMotivation Instagram handle is @creationmotivationsite TikTok handle is @creationmnotivationsite. The prize refers to the following: Social media comment share- 1 prize per social media platform will be randomly drawn on the contest end date, 4 total. 1 grand prize winner will win a $40 Amazon gift card! The remaining 3 Winners will each win gift points valued at $5 plus 1000 site points. Winners will be selected by social media platform randomly using the 3rd party random winner generator, commentpicker.com The 4 selected entries will then be put in a random generator on the same site to select the grand prize winner. RULES TO WIN: Winners selected must do the following to win. 1. If not already, follow/subscribe to social platform entering. 2. Comment on one (or more) social media current contest posts with their Creation Motivation username and a comment about related to the contest prompt included or anything health, fitness, or motivational. Any comments off topic or not following the above rules selected as a winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected. Optional referral links or codes can also be included, but not required to win. Note: Duplicate comments on one post will be ignored and will not increase chance of winning. Comment must be coherent and follow above terms. No spam, advertising, etc. If selected entry disobeys any of these rules, they will be disqualified and a new entrant will be selected. No purchase necessary. The “Prize” can be increased by contest term but will always be the above minimum. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Each contest ranges from 2-3 weeks long. Each contest has its own optional theme, start date, and end date. All entries must be received by 12 midnight on the final end date listed on our contest page here. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected for all social media contest posts and One (1) runner up winner per each social media property that enters and shares will be selected in the United States of America (6 total winners per themed contest. The six (6) total winners will be selected at random by The Promoter via commentpicker.com the following calendar day of the current themed contest end date (see the contest page for the end date). Example: If the end date is on April 10th, the winners will be selected randomly on April 11th before midnight. The winners will be notified on or after this date via email they entered. The Promotors’ competitions with entry via the above social media handles are open only to residents of The United States of America. One (1) minimum winner per social media platform will be chosen at random from all entrants using a random winner selector (commentpicker). Currently four (4) minimum winners in total. No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter. Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition. Only one entry per person per social media platform will be accepted for each contest period. Each entrant shall enter the competition via the social platform(s) of choice and must follow/subscribe to platform entering. User must have a username with CREATIONMOTIVATION.COM and commenting to the one (or to multiple) participating contest posts for the following: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, or Youtube. The entrant must submit a relevant weightloss/prompt/motivational comment along with their creationmotivation username. Above terms must be followed to be eligible to win. If selected as a winner, the prize will be sent to this users email connected to their creation motivation username. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named 3rd party prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. An additional prize will be generated instead. The entrant is responsible for correctly inputting their username to receive their prize. Entrants are selected at random using the 3rd party site commentpicker.com. This site will select winners by random comment via each social media platform: facebook, youtube, tiktok, and instagram. The four selected comments will then be placed in a random generator on the same site to select the Grand prize winner. Entries selected to win will first be reviewed. If the user is not a follower/subscribed, or the username/comment is missing, deleted, irrelevant or did not follow instructions – they will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition, or any Prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The name and email address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize. In the event of a physical prize, address and phone number will also be requested. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s name and social media usernames may be posted on the promoters website announcement page as well as the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winners have been selected. Most Motivational Vlogger Terms

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to CREATIONMOTIVATION. The “Prize” refers to a minimum $200 gift card redeemable for membership, rewards including Amazon or other retailer gift card! The “Prize” can be increased by contest term but will always be the above minimum. 1 minimum winner will be selected. Winner must be a registered user of Creation Motivation. THE CONTEST: If selected, entrants will participate in a 3 month before and after challenge to lose weight or transform their body through toning/weightlifting. All official entrants will win a prize! To become an official entrant, registered users must submit an application. The application will ask for a video link sample of their motivational vlogging content. The applicants will be selected based on motivational content provided and highest motivational engagement. Once selected, official entrants must agree and follow the terms of the contest: Entrants allow and agree to share their video content to be posted on the Creation Motivation channel. Entrants own their content and are allowed to post their content on their channel but must also allow Creation motivation to post per the terms of the contest. Users will like videos as partial points that will contribute to winnings selections. below. CHALLENGE START DATE AND END DATE: Once the challenge starts, official entrants must submit one check in video per week for 3 months. 3 minutes minimum and no more than 20 minutes maximum. The very first video should be a before (starting check in) and the final video should be the after (ending check in) video and entrants should encourage users to vote for them by commenting and liking their ending video. VOTING AND PRIZES: All official entrants will earn a prize, users agree they are bound by these terms and conditions. The top referralist winner is selected from the previous month and is announced the first Friday of the new month. I.E. Motivate friends by gifting site points or gift memberships! (Minimum prize. Prize can be increased by The promoter at any time but will always be this minimum) By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This contest is hosted every calendar month. Each contest ends on the last Thursday of each month and resets 1 calendar day later. One (1) winner with the highest number of blog votes will be selected. Winner must be in the United States of America. If there is a tie between multiple users, their usernames will be entered in a random giveaway using the random generator to determine the winner. The winner(s) will be selected by The Promoter on the last Thursday of each monthly calendar period. The winner will be notified on or after this date via account email. The promoter reserves the right to pause or discontinue future contest drawings if necessary without disclosure. The Promotors competitions selected winners are open only to residents of The United States of America. Winner, or winners in case of a tie, must be registered users of Creationmotivation.com to receive their prize.
