Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions
The minimum "Prize" is drawn for each social media platform. A total of 5 minimum winners will be selected. If selected, winners that are also site members and not guests, will earn the above shown bonuses if all requirements are included. (hashtag, and display/user/@name). The member will win an increase prize of 15 gift points if their referral link is included. The "Prize" can be increased by contest term but will always be the above minimum. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Each contest ranges from 2-3 weeks long. Each contest has its own theme, start date, and end date. All entries must be received by 12 midnight on the final end date listed on our contest page here. One (1) winner per each social media property that enters and shares will be selected in the United States of America (5 total winners per themed contest. The five (5) total winners will be selected at random by The Promoter the following calendar day of the current themed contest end date (see the contest page for the end date). Example: If the end date is on April 10th, the winners will be selected randomly on April 11th before midnight. The winners will be notified on or after this date via email they entered. The Promotors competitions with entry via the above social media handles are open only to residents of The United States of America. One (1) minimum winner per social media platform will be chosen at random from all entrants using a random winner selector. Currently Five (5) minimum winners in total. No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter. Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, and Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition. Only one entry per person per social media platform will be accepted for each contest period. Each entrant shall enter the competition via the social media platform of choice from the following: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, or Youtube. They may also choose to submit an entry to all platforms. They may enter the competition by tagging the selected social media and inserting its hashtag in a shared post that follows the current contest periods prompt. The entrant must then submit their entry to receive an entry number on our contest page. The entrant must insert a copy of the link to their shared post for each social media platform. The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winners entry ID who have entered via a random winner generator. Each entry submitted will be assigned an Entry ID number that will be sent to the entrants email entered with the entry. If selected, the prize will be sent to this same email. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The entrant is responsible for correctly inputting their email to receive their prize. Entrants selected to win will first be reviewed. Entrants selected to win will first be reviewed. The name and email address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize. In the event of a physical prize, address and phone number will also be requested. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s name and social media usernames may be posted on the promoters website announcement page as well as the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winners have been selected. The "Prize" refers to 1500 site points for the top 10% voted entries calculated by the total number of APPROVED ENTRIES. TOP BLOG AND TOP COMMENTER CONTEST:
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Creationmotivation The "Prize" refers to $8 ecredit redeemable to choose between: 1. 7 gift points with 500 site points bundle -OR- 2. Online gift card to choice of many retailers! (Minimum prize.
