- To match your membership date, make sure to activate your challenge within 1-2 dates of signup/renewal! The first time you sign up for your challenge, you will be directed to complete this task. You will also get an email reminder for each following challenge. Upon cancelling your membership, you may lose pending rewards for challenge tasks not completed.
  - When you activate your challenge, you will submit your starting weigh in and setting your goal for the month: lose weight, maintain weight, or build muscle.
Submit your first check in post – REQUIRED TO CLAIM REWARDS:
- After submitting your starting weigh in and setting your goals, you can submit a check in starting post! It will then lock. Complete this the same day or it will lock! Towards the end of your challenge, you will submit your final check in post to earn 2 points total for both check ins. Check in posts are public to the community. Other members can upvote and share comments to further motivate you there! You may also create a private journal entry above at any time for more personal entries.
Send an e-greeting and motivate a friend:
- After submitting your check in post, your tasks will remain locked until your challenge end date. Make sure you activate your challenge on time or these tasks will not open before your current cycle ends! On the challenge end date, you may send an egreeting to motivate a friend to earn 2 gift points! You can add any card and any message you’d like (following terms, no obscene material). You can also add a coupon code as a gift motivator. You must fill out this official e-greeting form on this page and not the other egift card pages to earn your points back. You may send as many e-greetings as you like but you will only earn 2 gift points back per ecard sent per challenge.
Submit your final check in weight for the month:
- On the challenge end date, you may submit an ending check in post with your final official weigh in. Make sure to submit it before your challenge expires on the CHALLENGE END DATE and BEFORE your CLAIM REWARDS DATE which is the final day of your challenge to earn your points and claim bonus rewards! Note: If a previous task is missing from above, those points will be forfeit. Make sure to complete tasks on time! Once your post is received, you may come back on your final end date to claim rewards, CONGRATS!
