Tasks info
- Submit your starting weight for the month:
- NOTE: Members should submit this task within the first 2 calendar days of the challenge! This is a required step. Otherwise, you will be unable to claim your pending reward for this task. The first task is to submit an official starting weight for the month. This is different from your progress graph on your weigh in page. You can submit as many un-official weigh ins there for tracking as you like. Official challenge weigh ins are on the challenge check list page. Submit your first weigh in there to earn your points back. All of your weigh ins are not public to the website, unless you wish to share them! 1 Pending point for each official weigh in: starting and ending.
- Set challenge goals:
- Choose your goal you would like to work toward for this challenge. Choose whether you want to lose, maintain, or build muscle. This is for your records and not public to the website, but you can share if you wish! This step is required to claim your points at the end of the challenge!
- Submit your first check in post:
- After submitting your starting weigh in and setting your goals, you can submit a check in starting post! It will then lock. Towards the end of your challenge, you will submit your final check in post to earn 2 pending points total for both check ins. Check in posts are public to the community. Other members can upvote and share comments to further motivate you there! You may also create a private journal entry above at any time for more personal entries. 1 Pending point. For official starting and final check in posts are mandatory to claim pending points back.
- Send an e-greeting and motivate a friend:
- After submitting your check in post, your tasks will remain locked until the final 3 days of your challenge. During this time, you may interact with the entire community, forums, chat, and more for further motivation. On the final 3 days (NOT INCLUDING CLAIMING REWARDS DATE), you may send an egreeting to motivate a friend to earn an additional pending point back! You can add any card and any message you’d like(following terms, no nudity or obscene material). You can also add a coupon code as a gift motivator. You must fill out this official e-greeting form on this page and not the other egift card pages to earn your point back. You may send as many e-greetings as you like but you will only earn 1 point back per challenge. Earns 1 pending point.
- Submit your final weight for the month:
- On the final 2 days before your claim rewards date, you may submit an ending official weigh in. Make sure to submit it before your challenge expires on the CHALLENGE END DATE and BEFORE your CLAIM REWARDS DATE which is the final day of your challenge to earn your pending points claim rewards! Note: If a previous task is missing from above, those pending points will be forfeit. Make sure to complete tasks on time! Weigh ins earn 1 pending point each so make sure to submit both!
- Submit a final check in post:
- Once your final weight is recorded, you can submit your final check in post to review how your challenge went and claim your final pending points. Once your post is completed, come back on the Claim rewards date to to transfer your earned pending points to your gift points and e-credits on the challenge tasks page! Note: If no starting check in was received, you will not receive that tasks reward. Both check ins earn 1 pending points back per check in so make sure to submit both! Final task, Congrats!
