Your personal journal is for any personal thoughts you don’t feel like sharing publicly to the community. It will not post publicly to your blog or the community. If you feel like sharing a specific post publicly to the community, you may write a community blog post here.
Journal entry options:
- Add private journal entry: Write whatever you’re feeling. This is your own personal journal for your eyes only and won’t be shown to the community. You can vent, celebrate, plan, or just write whatever you’d like. Writing can be extremely therapeutic in coming to terms with long term health and beating food addiction
- Log exercise: You can chose to write everything in your journal entry or separate. Log your exercise here. Write a short summary of what you did. If you’d like, you can add full details as well. How difficult it was, or the beautiful scenery, NSV’s, etc.
- Log meals and calories: Log your calories and meals here. Save them and look back later to see what worked, or what didn’t work! You can edit and delete as needed.
