Ultimate goal weight range…maybe I can get there. I’d be happy with normal bmi range! (122-128)
I’ve started a holiday challenge to try and cross off these remaining goals on my list. I’m a little over half way there, I don’t want to give up! Hope you all are doing something small every day, baby steps work, to reach your own personal goals!
